Discovery day of an ageing simulator

The ageing of the population is accelerating: according to INSEE, the proportion of people aged 65 and over will represent one in four inhabitants in 2040. Home care is the preferred solution for the French. However, the home is generally not adapted to age-related problems.
In order to assist you in designing furniture solutions adapted to the needs of seniors, FCBA has equipped itself with an ageing simulator that simulates the major motor and sensory deficiencies associated with age.
You are a CODIFAB member and would like to test the ageing simulator? FCBA is organising a day of discovery and experimentation of this tool, dedicated to furniture professionals.
The objectives are multiple:
- Raising awareness of the various difficulties that elderly people may encounter
- Testing the full or partial simulator (for those who wish)
- Identification of possible support for furniture professionals
